Polenta with Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • i1 kg. broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup ham, cut in dices
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup POLENTA RIVARA
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup bechamel sauce

Instructions:

Boil broccoli in salty water.
In a non-stick skillet cook garlic in olive oil, then add ham and broccoli.
Prepare 1 cup polenta (according to the basic preparation)
Pour the polenta into a large greased baking dish. Cover the polenta with the broccoli mixture.
Spread the bechamel sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese.
Gratin in oven.
