Polenta Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups POLENTA RIVARA
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces ham
  • oregano

Instructions:

Heat the polenta in 3 cups of water with 1 tbsp. oil and salt, stirring with a wooden spoon from 2 to 3 minutes. Once cooked spread the preparation over a greased pizza mold, bake 10 minutes. 
Then cover it with tomato sauce, ham, mozzarella and oregano.
Gratin a few minutes.
