Polenta Scons 

Ingredients:

  • 5 ounces butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup POLENTA RIVARA
  • 1 cup wheat flour

Instructions:

Mix butter, sugar and eggs into a bowl.
Add polenta, wheat flour and baking powder mixing all the ingredients together.
Spread the mixture over the table and cut it into round discs.
Place the discs on a large baking sheet, previously greased, and bake in oven about 12 minutes.
