- 2 ounces butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped clove garlic
- 1 pound sausages
- 1 cup dry wine
- 4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can whole tomatoes in their liquid
- 2 cups POLENTA RIVARA
Instructions:Melt butter in skillet and brown onion and garlic into it.
Add sausages in pieces while you go on browning.
Then add the chopped tomatoes. wine and salt and simmer for 10 minutes more.
Prepare 2 cups of POLENTA (basic preparation), put in a dish, cover with sauce and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on it.
